FAIRDEAL is pleased to offer free shipping within India for all pre-paid orders. All orders will normally be dispatched within 1 to 2 business days and depending upon the pin codes, deliveries can be expected between 3 - 6 business days from the date of order. Delhi/NCR orders will be delivered within 3 days under normal circumstances.
Your items can be tracked via the AWB/tracking code and are completely insured. When the items are processed for dispatch, you will receive the tracking id by the shipping partner via phone/e - mail/sms. You will need to be available to receive the delivery as a signature of receipt would be required. The order can also be tracked through track order option on the website. The tracking only begins when the shipper scans the package during pick up, hence if you have received the tracking code but are unable to view the details, we suggest you wait for upto 24 hours from the time of order to start tracking your package.
At the moment, we do not offer express and international shipping.
Yes but not for orders which are above rs 10000. Please note that for Cash on Delivery payment option, an additional, non - refundable fee of Rs 100 will be automatically applied during checkout. For products that are on sale, the fee will be Rs 150. Also, the orders will only be confirmed post telephonic conversation with the customer. Sometimes some pin codes are not serviceable for COD orders, in such a situation, after the receipt of the order, the same will be conveyed via phone/e - mail so that an online mode of payment can be made. The box can only be opened once the payment is made at the time of delivery.
Yes, In case you change your mind about the items purchased, the order can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing it. To initiate the cancellation, You can write to us at fairdealg24@gmail.com or call at +918287909028. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you decide to cancel the order after shipping, you will have to wait to receive the order and then initiate the regular return procedure.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
To be eligible for returns or exchanges, please ensure that the items are unused and packed in their original packaging along with the invoice. An accepted state for exchange will be deemed as shoes in their original condition, not damaged due to misuse, worn for long durations, washed, cleaned or polished. If an item has been altered by an external source, it will not be eligible for return/exchange. Please note, the refund amount will be calculated after deducting 2% (bank charges) of the order value and ₹300 (reverse shipment fee). Additionally, ₹100 ill be deducted if the item is without box or any packing material. If the shoes are not packed in the original box and packaging material, For an easy and smooth return, it is advised that you please pack the products in the same way they you received them. Please take great care while trying on the shoes to avoid any sort of marks, stains and cuts. If you are trying on the shoes for size/fit assessment, please walk on a clean smooth surface to avoid any kind of damages to the sole or the heel.
Fairdeal reserves the right to carry out an inspection of the condition of the product before processing any returns and exchanges. After the products have been received at our end, Our support team will carry out a thorough inspection to validate its acceptance and resale value. Post inspection, the result status will be notified to the customer via e - mail. Hence, it is requested that products must be returned in an unused, sale - able condition with their original packaging along with the invoice for a full exchange credit. If an item does not meet the above eligibility requirements, the return or exchange will not be approved and the item will be sent back to the customer.
Items purchased on full MRP or promotional offers will be eligible for the provision for return for refund, exchange and store credit. For discounted as well as non discounted items, exchange in size is subject to availability.
Please note that after 3 days from the date of delivery, any request for return for refund will not be approved though you can still opt for a store credit or an exchange.
After 15 days from the delivery date, products purchased will not be valid for exchange or store credit.
Items purchased on discounts more than 25% cannot be returned for refund but can be exchanged. Items purchased on discounts more than 40% will be considered as final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for refund. For discounted as well as non discounted items, exchange in size is subject to availability.
Due to the sensitivity nature of the materials pertaining to accessories such as shoe care products, socks and shoe horns, these items are non returnable

At Fairdeal, we process one free exchange per order and maximum 2 exchanges. That means when the items are exchanged for the first time, the shipping costs will be borne by Fairdeal, but in the rare instance of a second exchange, the shipping costs will then be borne by the customer. The second return can be generated either by the customer or he/she can request Fairdeal to do the same (the relevant charges will be shared to the customer). If the customer wants to ship the products back to us at his/her own cost, any loss or damage will in turn be borne by him/her. In the case of free first pick up generated by Fairdeal, it might take upto 2 to 5 business days for our shipping partner to pick up the products after the reverse shipment confirmation has been sent to you.

In the process of items getting picked up from your location, It is advised to hand over the package to the courier partner only after they provide you with the return package slip. The slip acts as a confirmation of you handing over the return to the delivery partner. This in turn helps us to follow up with the delivery partner. We will confirm a date and time of your availability at the pick up address via e - mail. Hence, we request you to please make sure that you or someone is available at the time of pick up.
An exchange for store credit can be initiated within 15 days from the date of delivery. A store credit is just like money secured with us at Fairdeal. It will be provided to you via unique one time use only Gift Coupon or Gift Card through e - mail. There is no validity or expiration of the store credit and can be used any time. Please write to us at fairdealg24@gmail.com along with at least 3 pictures of the item you wish to return. Once we have acknowledged the receipt of your e - mail, we will initiate the pick up from our end. When the products are received at our end and checked for its re sale value by our support team, the store credit will be issued immediately. The credit can be used at the cart or checkout section of the page once you have chosen your desired products.
On the receipt of your e - mail pertaining to a return or exchange request, we will take 24 - 48 hours to acknowledge. After acknowledgement, we will initiate the reverse pick up which might take 2 - 4 business days. Once the products have been picked up from the customer's location, it might take another 2 to 4 days for it to be delivered to us. When the products are received, our support team will carry out a thorough inspection to validate its acceptance which might take 1 - 2 days. In the case of refund or store credit issuance to customer, the same will be processed and should reflect in the customer's statements or e - mail within 3 days from the day it was received by us.
The customer will be apprised of all the relevant information at all important check points of the return/exchange process. An e - mail will be sent to the customer on the following occasions:-
1) Acknowledgement of the receipt of return/exchange request e - mail sent by the customer.
2) Confirmation of reverse shipment and estimated product pick up date and time.
3) When the product has been received at our end.
4) The result status of the product inspection.
5) Confirmation of the final amount which is to be returned in the form of refund or a store credit.

REPAIRS, GUARANTEE/WARRANTY
At Fairdeal, it is our responsibility to serve you products of pristine quality. In the rare event of a manufacturing defect found in the footwear you purchased, we will take up the issue with utmost importance and be ready to repair the footwear free of cost, If it falls under our stipulated time frame of guarantee period of 6 months.
Please Note that regular wear and tear of the shoe is natural and will not be subjected to possibility of repairs. A Guarantee does not include misuse, liquid damage, cuts by sharp objects and fading due to sunlight. Accidental damages are not covered.
Only the following standards will be considered as manufacturing defects:
1) Damaged upper.
2) Damaged sole or heel.
3) Faulty zippers / buckles. (incase the same buckle/zipper as per product wont be available, the company has the discretion of applying a similar/suitable buckle/zipper)
If we believe that the shoes are beyond the possibility of any sort of repairs whatsoever, we will issue you a store credit (for online orders) or credit note (for in - store orders) of the same or lesser value depending upon the usage of the shoe.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
-Our guarantee/warranty period is of 6 months. In the rare instance of a manufacturing defect, we will be happy to repair the shoe free of cost. Please note that no repairs will be entertained without the bill. Please write to us at fairdealg24@gmail.comor call us at +918287909028 to apprise us of the situation along with a couple of pictures of the shoe and someone from the support team will take up your issue with utmost importance and aim to rectify it within 15 days.
-Return for refunds are only valid for online orders provided the product meets all the eligibility requirements and the customer notifies us via e - mail within 5 days from the delivery date. In store orders are not applicable for return for refunds.
-Exchange for store credit and other items on the website are valid for online orders provided the product meets all the eligibility requirements and the customer notifies us via e - mail within 15 days from the delivery date. For in store orders, there is a provision for exchange for credit note or other items if the shoe is brought to us within 15 days from the date of purchase along with the invoice in an unused re sellable condition.
-Any exchange is at the sole discretion of the company. For online orders, the support team will carry out a thorough inspection of the product to validate its acceptance before processing any returns/exchanges. For in store orders, the decision of the store manager to validate the acceptance of the product and determine whether it is unused, re sellable and hence exchangeable or not will be final.
-During End of Season Sale, both online and in store orders will not be entertained for return for refund, store credit and credit note facility. The shoes can be only exchanged for other items within 7 days from the date of purchase if it is brought to us in an unused, re sellable condition.
-Multiple promotional schemes can not be clubbed together for online as well as in store orders. For example, the discount obtained through the FD loyalty rewards program can not be clubbed with any other promotional scheme/offer/EOSS running at the store. As of now, the FD loyalty rewards program is only valid for in store orders.
-Guarantee/warranty on Samsonite and American Tourister luggage will be as specified by the company for the respective articles.
-Fairdeal reserves the right to change/alter/edit any policy related information without any prior notice. These policies mostly cover all aspects related to online as well as in store orders.
