SHIPPING

  • Fairdeal is pleased to offer free shipping within India for all pre-paid orders.
  • For orders with a total value of Rs 10,000 and above, the COD option will not be available. Also, for all COD orders, a flat fee of Rs 100 will be auto applied during checkout and only be confirmed post telephonic conversation.
  • Our alliance with a large network of leading delivery partners ensures quick delivery of your purchased products in mint condition.
  • The Items can be tracked via the tracking id provided by the delivery partner and in thr tracking mail sent by us.
  • Once the items have been processed for dispatched, the tracking number will be provided via email, phone.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

  • At Fairdeal, we pledge to provide an easy, hassle free and smooth Return/Exchange/process. in case you are not content with the item purchased, you can opt to return for a refund within 3 days of the delivery date or you can get it exchanged for a store credit within 15 days of the delivery date. The days are calculated as the number of days between the date of receipt by you and the date it is picked up by the logistic company. You can login to your customer account and place a request for return directly from there or you can write to us at info@fairdealshoes.net within the stipulated time frame along with at least 3 pictures of the shoe.
  • Items must be in their original condition, packaging, unused and re-sellable condition to be eligible for a refund or store credit.
  • Once we have acknowledged the receipt of your e - mail, the process for return/exchange will be initiated. The product will be picked up from your location in 2 - 4 days and it might take another 2 - 4 days for it to reach us.
  • After the products have been received at our end, the support team will carry out a thorough inspection to validate its acceptance. On approval, we will notify you via e - mail and process the final amount which is to be refunded or given as store credit. Please note, the refund amount will be calculated after deducting 2% (bank charges) of the order value and ₹300 (reverse shipment fee).
  • For refund into store credit, only the reverse shipment fee of Rs 300 will be deducted.
  • Additionally, ₹100 will be deducted if the item is without box or any packing material.

  • Due to the sensitivity nature of the materials pertaining to accessories such as shoe care products, socks and shoe horns, these items are non returnable.
